You will receive engineered building drawings and anchor bolt plans before delivery to ensure you have all the specifications/information required to obtain permits and plan for the foundation and erecting. The anchor bolt plans provide a template for exact bolt placement when pouring your pad. Once your foundation and anchor bolts are set, the framing components attach to the anchor bolts for a quick and efficient install. Once the frame is completed, the roof and wall panels fasten to the frame (with included color-matching fasteners) and your Kodiak steel building is ready to go!
